The Association covers the city of Rzeszow, populated by 160,000 individuals. Ultimately, the Foundation will operate in the Podkarpacie voivodeship, population of 2 million (the former Krosno, Tarnobrzeg, Przemysl and Rzeszow regions), with the exception of the Lezajsk county.
Successes:
>> 229 scholarships worth $32,800.
>> Launching the building of the capital endowment, currently at $5,300;
In 2002 two scholarship programs were executed: the second edition of the scholarship program for junior and senior high schools, and the preliminary edition of the Bridging Scholarships Program for freshman students from rural communities. In the future the CF plans to run two-three permanent grant programs organizing free time for children and youth, supporting local charity initiatives, education and prophylaxis in children and youth. Apart from this CF realizes 2 own programs.
